It's designed to keep you warm in the coldest places you're likely to find yourself the middle of the polar vortex, Colorado summits in January, and the streets of St. Petersburg with an insanely toasty blend of 850-fill down and 40g Omni-Heat Thermal insulation and a dual-layer Omni-Heat reflective thermal lining.

The water-resistant 850-fill down means the Diamond will stay warm even if it gets wet, and the down is sandwiched between two layers of Omni-Heat-coated nylon to create a triple-layer barrier against heat loss. Even with all this insulation, as well as a snug hood and drawcord hem, the Diamond still packs down into its own hand pocket when you're not wearing it, so you can take it with you on every cold-weather adventure without worrying about stuffing your bag to breaking.
